(I hope)

I'm pretty sure my pc was infected with some virus yesterday. Which sucks big time, since I can't live without it. >_> As sad as it sounds, it's true, not just for fun, but also for school.

It all started when SystemDefender (or whatev you call it), started giving me these warnings that litterally creeped me out... with the sound of a squealing pig. D:
Something(s) had invaded my pc and I had to update it and blabla bla. It was an update you had to pay for though, to hell with creepy updates. >0
And it made FireFox crash. D:
I ran McCaffee all day (soooooooooooooo sloooooooooooooooooooow) and it didn't find anything... Nuthing at all.
Later that night, I ran it again, along with AdAware. I deleted FireFox, just in case. Emptied my restbin after I had deleted everything I had download before I got the first creepy warning.
Adaware finally found something, and I threw it away (duh!), but this morning, I still got the creepy messages. D:

It wasn't until Windows Update reminded me that I had a new update. I checked and saw that yesterday that same SystemDefender had been updated. Curious I checked the update, and a note.
Whatever they described in it, seemed very much like what was happening to me. And I clicked the link Microsoft advised me to use and downloaded their "Security Essentials" and Fire Fox.
And FINALLY they found the culprit... Gosh, it was some virus that pretended to be a legal Windows program, so no wonder the others coudln't find it. :3 But it's killed now. FireFox works again,and the creepy messages are gone.
So, I have reason to believe all's well now. I stay prudent though.


On a side not, I appologise for being inactive again. My art is being a little inactive as well, so I can't upload a lot. If you don't mind smaller scribbles, I could show them though. :3
I had a serious picture I was working one, but I'm troubled as what to do with it.


Oh, yes and the Macross Frontier Movie (itsuwari no utahime-the fake songstress) is out. I hope the fansubbers don't take too long. I wanna see it.
I am a little disappointed that there's gonna be tons of new fanservice again though. >_<
